This site is intended to gather as much possible information on the history of Bowling Green athletics into one
place on the internet. The author(s) of this site have made, and will continue to make, every effort to credit
original works to the author or creator. This site is not affiliated with Bowling Green State University, or its
athletic department in any way.
Written works which are in the most part transcribed, with or without editing or additions, will be credited with
a footnote at the bottom of the work. Works which are used as is from the original source will be credited with
all necessary copyright information as well as linkage requested by the original author, if possible.
All other work has been researched and compiled by the author(s), and is considered to fall under this website's
Creative Commons license. The license is fairly
liberal in it's application, intended mostly to protect the author's exact words and research, and the words and
research of the original authors credited on this site. (Basically, the internet is an awesome wealth of knowledge,
but the people who put the time and effort into researching and composing the knowledge deserve to have their
work protected.) Original work will likely have the website's Creative Commons license icon displayed somewhere
on the page, or will be credited as a footnote.
Photographs used on the site will be given similar credit, listed inside the image link, and viewable by holding
the cursor over the photograph. Any photographers requesting further copyright information for their images will
be accomodated. Unfortunately, some images have been collected over time, and the original source is unknown. If
an original source for an uncredited photograph is found, credit will be given, otherwise, the image will be used
under the "fair use doctrine" of the United States copyright laws.
This website is completely not-for-profit. If it ever becomes a for-profit venture, all authors cited will be
notified of the decision in regards to their work being used on the site.
All information sources used in building this site will be listed on the credits page,
including, but not limited to, links to websites and a list of publications from which information
was gathered.

the webmaster. Everyone has a favorite memory of a game, a season or an athlete from the long history of Bowling
Green athletics, we're just here to make sure it all gets documented.
